Speak Up! Create a Healthy Healthcare Environment

Posted by Becky Squiers on Wed, Aug, 17, 2016

Here at TotalWellness we promote what we call a “Speak Up!” environment. That means we want to address potential problems as they occur, but we need to be informed of them.

Ultimately, we would rather take the time and address potential issues than to put any participant at risk. That statement is true even if it means dealing with delays or extra work on our end. Participant safety is a priority.

That’s why we’re asking you to speak up! Our “Speak Up!” environment means a few different things for you as you work TotalWellness events.

What Determines the Wellness Events in Your Area?

Posted by Becky Squiers on Thu, Aug, 04, 2016

We get loads of questions about the workload in your area—yes you. All of you. We’re always getting questions and concerns from people who just want more wellness work and wonder, “Why isn’t there work near me?”

Posted by Becky Squiers on Wed, Jul, 13, 2016

Positivity is a key part of what we do here at TotalWellness. And there’s good reason behind it.
