As health professionals, our flu season doesn’t necessarily line up with the public’s flu season. Our flu season could really be considered flu shot season. We’re glad to announce that the 2015 flu shot season is coming to a close, and wow what a season it has been!

With your help, we provided 141,900 flu shots for employees across the country this year!

You’ve probably been pretty busy the past couple months. Thanks for being a huge part of helping us to manage the busy-ness of this time of year.

Thanks also for bearing with us with the various policy changes we threw your way. Events and expectations are always evolving, and your adaptability hasn’t gone unnoticed.

Basically, what we want to say is you’ve been awesome and we appreciate you!

So, going forward here’s what you can expect…

Things will be slowing down. You might not see as many emails come through or as many opportunities to nominate yourselves for events. Unfortunately, the work we can offer you depends solely on our clients. When our event schedule slows down, that means your schedule might slow down as well.

You might see more screening events. As we get out of flu shot season and into open enrollment, screenings become more popular. Keep that in mind when thinking about the events you’d like to work going forward.

Keep an eye on how flu season goes. It’s always good to know what’s going on in health and wellness. That can really help you become a better health professional in the long run, and it helps us to ensure our clients work with the best of the best.
