Contractor Manual CoverWe’ve been revising, re-writing, re-designing, editing and more, and we’re glad to share with you the new and improved contractor manual! The new manual is an excellent resource for a few different reasons.

1. It’s designed to match our branding.

We want you to understand what TotalWellness is all about. A huge part of that involves becoming comfortable with our branding. The new manual looks, feels and reads like most of our other content, so you’ll soon be an expert!

2. It’s easy to read and easy to navigate.

The new manual is written much like most of our other content. It’s conversational and easy to take in. We’ve also done some major re-structuring to help you navigate through the manual more easily. Since you’ll be interacting with the manual online, utilize the internal links and appendices to get the information you need as quickly as possible.

3. It’s comprehensive.

The TotalWellness scheduling system provides all of our contractors with great information at every turn. We’ve gathered all of the essentials into one place (the new manual) to make it much easier for you to find. You can still find the same great information throughout the scheduling system, but the manual can officially be your go-to guide to working our events.

4. It’s designed to help you.

We want you to represent us well as your work our events. We also want you to feel comfortable working our events. We’ve filled the new manual with information that is essential to running TotalWellness events. The same information will help ease any uncertainty you have about getting started so you can feel like a TotalWellness rockstar as soon as you step foot onsite.

Essentially we want to help you work well with us. Check out the new manual to update yourself on TotalWellness rules and regulations (or just to appreciate the sleek new design). If you think of any questions while you’re reading, don’t hesitate to ask!

What do you think of the new TotalWellness contractor manual?
