Here at TotalWellness, we believe everyone is healthy. This belief stems from even the smallest healthy habits we know you have in your daily life. Building a healthy lifestyle is all about those small habits. As you take steps on your health journey, take a look at what habits you enjoy and build on those to develop more healthy habits.

We want to help you in that process. We know healthy habits can be found everywhere. This calendar is meant to challenge you to try out new habits and stick with the ones you enjoy.

Each month, we’re challenging you to take one of these healthy habits on a test drive. The challenges should go pretty well with what’s going on that month. As you try out each new healthy behavior, take note of which ones you enjoy. Feel free to adapt these behaviors to fit into your long-term health routine.
