How to Tackle Employee Concerns about Health Screenings

It's no surprise - health information is very personal and ignites emotional responses. "Having my employer measure my weight and draw blood? At work?" What is my company going to do with the aggregate data?

How accurate is the equipment used during the screening?

While FAQs are a valuable communication tool, don't overlook the power and importance of face-to-face communication. Two-way conversations can help you create a dialog with employees and address any questions head-on.
